The installers tried their best in spite of many days of snow and were here when they stated and called if they could not. This is not the typical experience with any other contractors; when you don't know when they will show up or when they will finish. The roof looks great and I am looking forward to the many years of "no maintenance" ahead. The salesman was very professional and easy to work with.
