Interlock finished the work ahead of schedule and under budget, which is much appreciated. The staff from Interlock with whom we were associated, were very professional and competent. John Reeves, your sales representative who responded to our RFP, was well informed as to our requirements and provided us with a very comprehensive and competitive quotation. Eleazor Genge was the foreman of the team of roofing contractors supplied by Interlock Industries (Ont) Inc. to reroof our house at the address above. The job was started in 2011 and completed in 2012 and involved both the installation of a new aluminum sloped roof and a new flat roof covered by a heavy rubber membrane.
This job was very technical in that the roof was a complex series of dormers set on a steep pitch. There were numerous roof sections that required the metal shingles to be custom cut and several of these sections were curved which required much skill to execute properly.
We were more than impressed with the level of craftsmanship that Mr. Genge brought to the job. His careful attention to detail and his vast knowledge of carpentry and metal work provided us with an absolutely stunning end product. We feel extremely fortunate that Mr. Genge was the foreman provided on this job and we commend his services to anyone looking to complete this type of work.

I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how much we liked the look of our black Interlock shingle roof, that was installed in 2002. Our home was in a beautiful country estate subdivision in Belwood a small community located north of Guelph. We found that the gentlemen who installed the roof to be very professional and at the end of the day they would take it upon themselves to ensure the rounds of the property were clear of any debris.
This house was our dream home, we spent years landscaping and doing home renovations, having this roof finished the look with added curb appeal. We had many neighbors and friends inquire through us about our roof, and we were happy to give information regarding the roof.
Unfortunately, my husband was transferred and we put our house on the market. My Wife and I are very pleased with our new aluminum roof it has been almost four months since Interlock crew in so efficient and timely manner installed it. Some years ago after my asphalt shingles roof No.3, I promised myself never again with the asphalt crap, I HATE IT (Heavy, Flammable, Granules- shedding-eaves-clogging, gone with the wind, etc, etc.).
The concept of permanent roofing system with a lifetime transferable warranty, will give us peace of mind, as well as increase the value of our property.
After some hesitation regarding the cost, looking in retrospect, I believe it -was the right decision to make. The only thing left to do now is to sit, and relax under a maintenance free Interlock roof.
Finally, hats off to the installation crew, very helpful in answering technical question, posed to them on the precautions they took to prevent damage to property, on how clean they daily left the surroundings.
