I take great pleasure in writing this letter to you and Interlock. For the last couple of years, I’ve been collecting and keeping all the brochures I would get in the mail about new roofing products. Last fall, when I cut the little ad out of the Renfrew paper, I did not know that it would lead to me having the most beautiful and outstanding roof in the neighbourhood. I had so many compliments.
About it, even before it was finished. I’m sure we’ve all heard the expression, “you only get what you pay for” I’m a firm believer in this saying. My new Interlock Roofing is second to “none.” The colour of my roof is delicious, like a big chocolate fudge cake. The design and profile of these shingles give my roof a beautiful, sleek appearance. We like the fact that we never have to roof again since Jerry is retiring in a few years. Not only do we love our new roof, but we were also so pleased with the two young men you sent to do this project for us, John and Ryan. They handled themselves professionally; they took great pride in their work and graciously answered every question we asked them. They were very polite and always tapped on the door to use the washroom. They showed respect for Jerry and I, my home and my property. They cleaned up the yard every night before they went home. Jerry and I highly recommend these two young men to do roofing for anyone, anywhere.
Last but not least, you promised our new roof in two to eight weeks. We got our new roof in two weeks. The service was great. Thank you so much for that. In closing, I honestly believe I made the right decision by purchasing this roofing system, “INTERLOCK.” On behalf of Jerry and myself, thank you so much for this beautiful roof. It’s the talk of White Lake Village.
