I would like to commend your staff who were very courteous and helpful from my first meeting with your representative, Colin James, who was very informative and answered all my questions and doubts regarding your roofing system. Colin made sure that I was quite comfortable with your system before I signed the contract. It was a pleasure to meet Colin.
Your office was very good in keeping me informed on the delivery date of the materials and installation date. Todd followed up with phone calls to make sure that everything was on schedule.

It was time to re-roof my house. Although I wasn’t sure if I was going to stay, sell or rent my home I decided a “life time” roof would benefit me in any case. My decision was sound. The roof is beautiful to look at and I get compliments from neighbors all the time. One of the aftermaths of a very heavy rain or hail is the sludge sediments from an asphalt roof that accumulates in the gutter – this is a thing of the past now.
This is the first winter with the new roof and I’m anxious to see if there’ll be a cost savings in my heating bills and conversely a cooler house in the summer but I don’t see any reason to question Interlock’s claims regarding improved home efficiency. There was no sales pressure tactics or gimmicks just a courteous professional who visited my home at the prescribed time and quickly drew up an attractive contract. The installer also performed flawlessly and professionally and completed the installation in the prearranged time line.
I wholeheartedly recommend Interlock and their products. You’ll have a life time of pride of ownership as well as being the envy of the block.

Following the installation of our new Interlock Roof (Slate Style in Green Colour) in late summer 2010, we are pleased to report that we are completely satisfied with the look and appeal of the new roof in addition and more notably with the quality of the product (Energy Star Rating) and installation. The Interlock installers were quite competent and meticulous in their work and procedures as well as being quite forthcoming and courteous in providing answers to our questions.
There was only one minor issue following the installation and that was resolved on a very timely basis and explains our complete satisfaction with this new Interlock Roofing System on our summer home originally built in 1940 on the 1000 Islands Parkway between Gananoque and Lansdowne. We are also grateful to Barry Brinson for arranging to have delivered to us a few more green Interlock tiles so that we can adapt and install them to the tops of the birdhouses found on the property!

I’ve had a few days to get used to the look of the new roof, and I can’t believe how good it looks, nothing like the metal roofs of old. It looks like slate, exactly as you said it would.
Arthur (the roofer) was a real pleasure, polite, friendly and very hard working. He took great efforts to clean up any debris at the end of each day. He swept the lawn with a magnet to pick up any dropped nails and screws. He even painted any scratched paint work.
I have the satisfaction of knowing that the house will never need re-roofing, which means no more old roofing for the city dump, and that the new roof is made from recycled materials I couldn’t be more pleased with the new roof and I would recommend it to everybody.

A few words to say how satisfied we are with our new roof done by Maritime Permanent Roofing What a difference this roof makes, the whole house looks so much better now. We are very pleased and impressed. Let me tell you that we have no regrets whatsoever. Before, we didn’t know what sort of roofing we wanted. Once we checked out asphalt roofing we knew that we wanted something other than that, but what? Years ago asphalt roofing was it; nowadays the price is much higher and add labour costs to it… also the material is no longer the same and so is the guarantee.
As luck or fate would have it, we went for a small drive around the neighbourhood and we happened across a roof just completed by Maritime Permanent Roofing Ltd. Well we liked what we saw, so we called up Paul and Nancy, people we already knew for info. Well they contacted a gentleman by the name of Ted Rector for us. In no time we heard from Ted. We found Ted very nice, reliable and professional and also a man who knows the product he sells and explains everything very clearly. What’s more, no pressure to buy.
It was a pleasure to meet you Ted Rector. We found the whole experience with Maritime Permanent Roofing Ltd. very pleasant. Everyone was nice, polite and efficient. The installers also are very neat. Imagine no cleaning up afterwards, everything was cleaned up daily.Nothing but peace of mind which is hard to find in today’s world.
