Most Roofing Companies Sell Short-Term Solutions. We Don't.

Since 1998, Interlock Roofing has been leading the way in high-performance metal roofing — not because it's trendy, but because it's the smarter way to roof. We don't just manufacture beautiful, durable, energy-efficient metal roofing; we redefine what a roof should be.

With 10+ distribution centers across Canada and the United States and thousands of installations in coastal regions, snowy mountains, hurricane zones, and everything in between, we've tested our roofs against every extreme climate imaginable. The verdict? They last. They protect. They outperform everything else.

A Roof That Protects More Than Just Your Home

When you buy a traditional asphalt roof, you're not really buying a roof. You're renting one. You pay for it. It wears out in 15–25 years. You replace it. Repeat. Forever.

At Interlock Roofing, we believe in breaking the cycle. Our metal roofs are engineered to last a lifetime, meaning you never have to re-roof again. Ever.

  • It saves you money — no more replacing shingles every decade.
  • It saves the planet — made from 95% recycled materials and 100% recyclable.
  • It saves your time — because your roof should be the last thing on your to-do list.

Our Story

Interlock Roofing was founded in 1998 by Ivor Wenzel in Delta, British Columbia, on a single conviction: a roof should be the last one a homeowner ever needs. From that first facility, Interlock engineered a lifetime aluminum roofing system and stood behind it with a 50-year transferable warranty — a promise the company still makes on every roof it manufactures today.

In the decades since, Interlock has grown into a North American manufacturer with 10+ distribution centers across Canada and the United States and more than 100,000 residential installations — proven everywhere from coastal salt air and hurricane zones to the snow of the Antarctic plateau. Still family-owned and operating under parent company I.E.L. Manufacturing Ltd., Interlock remains headquartered and manufacturing in Delta, BC.
