Interlock®, Interlock Lifetime Roofing Systems®, Alunar®, Never Re-Roof Again.®, the Interlock Arrow Sign®, and related names and logos are registered trademarks of I.E.L. Manufacturing Ltd., used under license. This policy explains permitted and prohibited uses. Authorized dealers and partners must follow our brand guidelines; unauthorized use is prohibited.

1. Our Marks
The marks above and other Interlock brand elements are owned by I.E.L. Manufacturing Ltd. and registered in Canada and the United States. All goodwill in the marks inures to I.E.L. Manufacturing Ltd.
2. Authorized Dealers, Distributors & Installers
Authorized partners may use the marks only as permitted by their written agreement and our brand guidelines — to identify genuine Interlock® products and their authorized status — without altering the marks, implying ownership, or suggesting endorsement beyond the authorized relationship.
3. Permitted Nominative Use
Others may make truthful, nominative reference to Interlock® to accurately identify our products (for example, factual comparison or news), provided the use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement, does not use our logos, and is not misleading.
4. Prohibited Uses
No use that: implies false affiliation or endorsement; incorporates our marks (or confusingly similar terms) in company names, domain names, social handles, app names, or product names; alters, combines, or creates derivative marks; uses our logos without written permission; or disparages or misleads. Domain or keyword uses that create confusion are prohibited.
5. Logos & Assets
Logos and brand assets are provided only to authorized partners under our guidelines. See the Image & Media Licensing Policy for media rights.
