If the VP of a company gives you his personal cell phone number that speaks volumes to the confidence he has in his products. Carter came back a second time to put our minds at ease with our colour selection. Our installation crew was amazing! Maurice and Brian are top notch gentleman who did an amazing job. Having a pool, I was concerned about nails and other debris ending up in it. Well there was absolutely nothing in my pool. You could tell they took pride in the work they did because they took pictures of themselves in front of our home when it was complete. They seemed proud of the job they did. Maurice kept saying it has to be done right the first time because they don’t want to come back (although they are always welcome to stop by for a visit if they are in the area). We were initially concerned that the roof might be louder when it rains but it’s actually quieter. Our daughter used to wake up through the night when it rained but now she sleeps right through. It could be because they were able to go right over the existing asphalt shingles which also reduces landfill waste. I never thought I would get compliments on a roof. People walk by and say it looks great. When I pull up to my home I say wow that roof looks good! It’s a premium roof at a premium price but one shot and you are done.
