Calgary, AB Metal Roofing Review: Professional, Responsive Installers and Seamless, High-Quality Results

I found the representative that I originally spoke with and who provided the estimate to be very professional and prompt with answering follow up questions. The installers were also responsive to questions while the roof was being replaced. Appreciated how neat they left the yard at the end of each day while the work was progressing. Overall the process was fairly seamless and I am very happy with the final results.

Lynnwood, WA Metal Roofing Review: Honest Interlock Aluminum Shingle Installation Experience & Results

We recently had our roof replaced with interlock aluminum shingles and we love how it made our house stand out in our neighborhood. I would have given 5 stars but there were few things that I wanted to point out. Ross arrived on time and did an excellent presentation. I specifically asked him if their installers are contractors and his answer was no, they are employees of interlock. Turns out they are contractors which is no big deal as long as they do excellent work, it’s all about honesty. Prior to installation, the installers told me that it would take about two and a half days to finish which is great, I said no rush. The installation process took two weeks, I hope everything will go well this coming rainy season. The only thing I didn’t like was at the end of the day they leave their tools in the driveway just laying around and the worst they leave their microwave plugged into the outlet with damaged power cord. But with all things said, we love our new roof and only time will tell if it was worth the price.

We decided on a metal roof so called Interlock and they came out fairly quickly to show us what they have and exactly how they do the roof. Tyler took his time and showed us how they put the roof on and why it works so well. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. It didn't take my husband and I long to say yes. The two man crew came out last week and had the new roof on in 2 1/2 days. They were very courteous and showed up at the exact time they said they would be here. When the roof was finished the fellows swept up and also walked all around the house making sure everything was picked up. We highly recommend Interlock and are completely satisfied.

We spent a lot of time researching options for our roof. We saw that Interlock was not just a new roof but an investment in our property. This helped make the choice much easier. The installation went really well and the crew (led by Yorman) were very responsive throughout. Yorman was very personable and approachable. It was amazing to see them work together with great attention to detail, ensuring that each tile was meticulously installed. We love the way our new roof looks and have received numerous compliments from our neighbors. We are looking forward to seeing the roof through the various seasons and how it protects our home. We would (and have) recommended Interlock to others as the optimal choice in roof replacement.

From the time I made the decision, to select Interlock as the successful roofing company, I have been extremely satisfied. The customer service has need excellent, regardless of whether it was administration, schedulers or the sale representative. The 4-5 man crew worked hard and long hours, under very hot conditions. Under the supervision of Antonio, a man with extensive experience and thoroughness, the project advanced quickly. One thing that demonstrated this was the focus on keeping the site clean and free of materials and nails and fasteners. Upon completion, my neighbours were echoing my own observation; if a roof could be beautiful, this one met that standard. People walking the public trail, have stopped to take pictures, and ask questions. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

It’s not as glossy as we feared, which we like. - Fast & Efficient – The crew worked quickly and finished everything in just 2 days for our ~1,000 sq. ft. house with two layers of old shingles. - No Issues – No noise at all, despite common concerns about metal roofs. Tip for others: Ask for the exact model and size of vents that will be installed before the project starts. Our vents were only a few months old but couldn’t be reused, and the ones the company brought were the wrong size. The crew had to buy replacements last minute, which worked but don’t perfectly match. Priceville, ON Metal Roofing: 5‑Star Interlock Roof Replacement Built for Extreme Winters

We had put an Interlock roof on our last home, so when we had extensive snow damage to our current homes roof, my first thought was to go with another Interlock. We did move further North, so was uncertain if the roofing system would be suitable for our extreme winters. With that in mind we decided to look into other options first....but just could not see us being happy with the other roofs being recommended. In the end we decided to set up a meeting with Bruce Mehays and discuss the durability of their system in our area. We received a quote and before making a decision we asked for homes in our area that had the Interlock system installed that had seen at least a few winters. Honestly anything that survived this past winter was all we needed to see. We took a drive and looked at the roofs and they all held up to our extreme winter, so decided to put our trust in Interlock once again. We certainly were not disappointed. From the start contact with Bruce, to the Booking a start date with Sheldon, to the completion of the project with Maurice and Sam....everything was 5 star service. Our installers were professional, courteous and hard working. They worked through the extreme heat wave we had and yet always had a smile and treated us and our property with the upmost respect. We received daily emails from our salesperson Bruce to see how things were progressing and if we had any concerns, photos sent to us from Maurice to let us see how the progress was coming on the roof. An area of the roof had some water damage, so we were shown photos of the damage and then the area repaired. During the repair a wire to our outdoor pot lights were cut, but once that was realized we were informed to contact our electrician and the cost of the repair would be covered by the company. We certainly have zero complaints and now have a roof that will last us our lifetime and be a great selling feature on our home should we decide to sell. If you are looking for a quality product and a company who takes pride in their workmanship and holds the bar high on Customer Service than look no further than Interlock Metal Roofing. We had a 5 star experience from start to finish. I will include photos of the start to finished product. We certainly upgraded in both quality and curbside appeal compared to the metal roof that was on this house when we purchased it.
