Bruce was completely thorough in his presentation of why metal shingles were the future of roofing. Product selection was great, and Bruce was pleasant and friendly. The process was longer than expected, but the results were fantastic. Having the neighbours come by and ask questions definitely means we made the right choice. The compliments were many. Treated our home with respect

Hi Peter, we wanted to convey to you how much we love our new Interlock roof! Several of our neighbors and friends have said they do, too! We love the look of it, and are so impressed with how beautifully finished it is integrated into the flashing materials. The Interlock scheduling staff was great to work with, and we are so happy with Jessie and his Interlock installation team. They are true craftsmen, and part artists! We loved how they treated our home with respect, and were always willing to address any questions we had. We watched as they worked on items until they had them just right; when we asked about some areas of concern multiple members of the installation team converged on the item and came down to explain and even illustrate with photographs how it was addressed. Again, we couldn't be happier and are enjoying our Interlock roof!

Hi Mike/Scott and Interlock Roofing!!! We hope you are all well and doing great! We just wanted to get in touch to give you some feedback for the review. After 2 years we are very happy with our aluminum copper roof!! It is consistently withstanding all the windstorms/snowstorms/heavy rainfalls and tree branches falls in Belcarra which is the most important thing for us. Also everyone in the neighborhood had complemented on how great it looked. Again we would like to extend our thanks to your great crew that worked in pretty hot summer conditions and did a great job! The snow simply slid off. It was incredible.

This is probably the most professional experience I have had in years. I was blown away. From the time I contacted them, they were on time and did exactly what they said they would do the whole way through. Someone is doing an excellent job of directing this company. I need to contact Paul or Ross because I have more roofs to put on. I would give them a rating of 475! My roof cost twice as much as any other bid, but I am ten times happier than I would have been with any other roof. People who see this roof compliment me on it. It will be spectacular once I finish the entire roof. The roof is stunning! There was no snow on the new roof when it stopped snowing last week; the snow simply slid off. It was incredible.

We love the stylish new look our house got with the Metal Slate Roofing and the longevity Interlock Roof System offers. Although the roof is made of aluminum, the design makes the roof look as if it was traditional slated roof, hard to tell it is even metal. The crew professionally installed the new roof in no time. It has only been a few months since Installed but we have seen already some of the benefits. During hot days the house seems cooler and the snow slide off during winter. And the lifetime limited non-prorated roof warranty give us peace of mind.

It's a significant investment

We recently had a positive experience with our new roof install just before the awful weather hit - the hard working installation team finished the job in challenging conditions with diligence, good attention to detail, courtesy, and daily job site clean up. It's a significant investment and the company worked with us to resolve a couple of issues that did come up along the way, promptly and reasonably. Would recommend both the product and the team.

We wanted a good roof not a cheap roof

We ordered this roof because of the amount of debris that tends to collect on our formerly shake roof, and the difficulty of cleaning it, as needles accumulated in the space between the shakes and were difficult to dislodge. This new roof is relatively smooth and should be easier to keep clean (time will tell). Everything was as promised, appears to be good workmanship, was good communication and satisfactory in every way. Installers were friendly, cooperative and cleaned up thoroughly after each day's work. Took 2 1/2 weeks to complete but it is a big roof. Not cheap, though we wanted a good roof not a cheap roof.

The new roof is not only super functional for our New England location, but it also looks beautiful!

We had a new metal roof installed on our entire home, and we are very pleased with the quality of the product. Our installation had to be scheduled for after some other work being done on the house, and Interlock was very flexible with our ever-evolving timeline. As soon as we were ready, they had a crew at our house within a week and once started they were very quick to get the project done. From our initial consultation at our home with Carter and Brian (VP) to the installation we couldn’t be happier. When Brian gave us his personal cell phone number that did it for me. If the VP of a company gives you his personal cell phone number, that speaks volumes to the confidence he has in his products. Carter came back a second time to put our minds at ease with our colour selection. Our installation crew was amazing! Maurice and Brian are top-notch gentlemen who did an amazing job. Having a pool, I was concerned about nails and other debris ending up in it. Well, there was absolutely nothing in my pool. You could tell they took pride in the work they did because they took pictures of themselves in front of our home when it was complete. They seemed proud of the job they did. Maurice kept saying it has to be done right the first time because they don’t want to come back (although they are always welcome to stop by for a visit if they are in the area). We were initially concerned that the roof might be louder when it rains, but it’s actually quieter. Our daughter used to wake up through the night when it rained but now she sleeps right through. It could be because they were able to go right over the existing asphalt shingles which also reduces landfill waste. I never thought I would get compliments on a roof. People walk by and say it looks great. When I pull up to my home I say wow that roof looks good! It’s a premium roof at a premium price, but one shot and you are done.

We just had a tremendous rain storm; the roof did amazing

From the ordering process that began in January to the actual installation of the roof in November, the communication could have been better. The charcoal gray "slate" roof was installed a few days ago, and we just had a tremendous rain storm; the roof did amazing. The workers who showed up were fast and professional and finished the job in 3 days. After they were done, they did a thorough site cleaning. The roof was definitely more costly than a conventional shingle roof and took some extra effort and delay to get scheduled, but we believe it was well worth it.

Good Morning Mr. Thomas: I just wanted to send a quick note to give a sincere thank you to yourself, Janer, German, Kevin and the two other gentlemen who joined in on Saturday (sorry, I did not get their names) for seeing this issue through to the end. We looked at another house in our small town that had one that was 11 years old, and it looked like it had just been done!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value So we needed roof repairs after losing a large section of our asphalt shingles went missing. The insurance company offered to provide us with a new asphalt roof basically! It sounded great, but we decided to look around and found Interlock Wasn’t cheap, but the insurance payout made it doable. We looked at another house in our small town, one that was 11 years old, and it looked like it had just been done! I decided to go for it.
