Professional and Durable: A First-Rate Roofing Experience in Vancouver, WA
Definitely worth the wait. We got our estimate and signed on the dotted line in late August, then got our new roof in mid-November. I was a little concerned because we were now into the "rainy" season. I needn't have been. From start to finish the job was done professionally, efficiently, and they even coordinated with the satellite dish person who relocated our dish for us. I actually contacted Interlock and asked for a yard sign to be placed out front because I wanted all my neighbors to know about our beautiful new roof. First rate and I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Interlock Metal Roof Snow Bars: A Simple, Effective Solution for Winter Safety
We bought our home three years ago. It has an interlocking metal roof installed which we think is great. However we noticed that given the profile of the roof near the entry something needed to be done to stop snow from falling onto the entry porch. We contacted Interlock and they recommended a pair of snow bars. Their crew installed the two bars in short order at a very reasonable price. Since then, we have not had any further issue with snow falling onto the entry porch even with the recent several snowfalls. It was a great solution to our problem.

Interlock Metal Roof Repair – Fast, Affordable, and Professional Service!
Our home had an Interlock metal roof already installed when we purchased it. After 15 years we noticed that the vent pipe boots appeared to be damaged. I received multiple quotes and Interlock had the best quote by 3X and came out the next day for service. The technician was very professional and took care of everything, even in the middle of winter! The job was completed quickly, and the entire site was left clean.

We had a tree fall on our roof and we contacted Interlock roofing hoping they could help us. Cheri emailed us back immediately stating they installed the original metal roof back in 2006 and had our installation on file. Bruce and Sheldon came out several days later and gave me a quote to repair the roof. Steve the installer was here for over a week repairing the roof. Everyone was professional in this repair. Steve showed me everything he was doing, cleaned up every night, and the end product was better than we had hoped. These guys were excellent from start to finish. Fantastic service, clear & consistent communication, and a beautiful, durable product. Simply one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. We got quotes from numerous leading roofers for this job. Mike from Interlock was the only one who came to our house, spent an evening patiently explaining every aspect of the job, showed us many photos and described some of the technical aspects in ways that were easy to understand. When we called back with more questions, he was always available and always super helpful. For the installation, Mike recognized that we had an old house and were concerned about the workmanship. He sent us an experienced crew led by Oswaldo that went above and beyond any expectation we could have had. They not only protected our home but also took pains to protect the neighbours' homes beside ours. They gave us near daily briefings and showed us photos of everything they found on our roof and their work throughout. The job ended up taking much longer than anticipated because our roof had many problems that needed to be repaired. Oswaldo and Mike worked with us to make sure everything was taken care of and repaired before the new roofing was put on. They proved flexible and extremely diligent, communicating effectively throughout. We are thrilled with the result and grateful for all their hard work. We would not hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofers. As a bonus, we're delighted that we will never send another huge pile of asphalt shingles to the landfill again!

Our recent experience with the team at InterLock Roofing was exceptional. Their Sales expert Chris L. worked with us to explain the features, advantages, and warranty of their lifetime aluminum shingle roof system. We worked together to document the complete scope of work before the work began. (The existing asphalt shingle roof, installed in 2006, had been leaking in several locations for year's - damaging our ceilings and hardwood flooring). Wilson P. (Site Foreman) and his install team were hard working, professional, and extremely thorough. They repaired our roof deck to eliminate all rot and the gaps in the original roof deck. (A major source of the leaks.) We could not be more pleased with our beautiful new Interlock aluminum roof.

It was a pleasure working with Interlock from beginning to end. The back office was good about setting expectations for job start and duration, delivery of materials (which happened on time) and work to be performed. They were also good about making adjustments to work with trim that needed to be replaced, etc. The crew that did the install and cleanup was very professional and hard working. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and would definitely recommend Interlock! This is actually my second roof, I had one installed on a different property 20 years ago and it has held the test of time with virtually no maintenance.
