After meeting with Tyler at Interlock decided to invest in a roof that would protect the house well into our retirement
This year we decided to replace our roof. The old roof was 25 years old, wood shingles and had reached the end of its life. We reached out to several roof installation companies and after meeting with Tyler at Interlock decided to invest in a roof that would protect the house well into our retirement. We agreed on a date and the crew showed up and within 7 days the old roof was gone and the new roof was installed. The crew didn't start too early and made every effort to leave a clean worksite before they left every day. During the construction it rained but the crew ensured that the water proofing would keep the water out - and it did. The new roof looks great. The crew added addition roof vents to improve house circulation and the house is cooler. Thanks for the great work!

I have a new roof installed by Interlock and very pleased with the professionalism and aesthetics. My builder roof lasted 12 years and I needed something more durable. I spent months talking to steel roof installers and the thing that bothered me most, is whether the company will be around long enough to support warranty issues. The coatings were also prone to fading and I was looking for a worry free product. My research led me to select aluminum roofing with PVDF coating for durability and resistance to Colour fade. The lifetime transferable warranty and fact that Interlock has been in business for over 40 years led me to contact the company. Interlock staff are courteous and Bruce gave a very fair price with a no pressure quote. My roof has some features that could affect aesthetics and Bruce arranged for special considerations at those locations. The installers were very courteous, and took the time necessary to do a great installation. They respected my views as a home owner and provided regular updates on progress and solutions. The installers cleaned up debris at the end of each day and coordinated with my neighbours to minimize impact from the roofing job. When rain was in the forecast the crew worked tirelessly to complete roofing sections that would be vulnerable to rainfall. Overall I am pleased with everyone’s efforts and now hope the roof will be durable for many years.

From the start to finish, we loved their work and communication. There were no nails, metal bits, or excessive noise. They listened to all questions and addressed our concerns. Friendly sales crew and installation crew. Thank you Randall and Vlad. Great communication and prompt installation. Project was completed ahead of time. There was a bit of confusion with the billing timeline since the job start and completion dates were so close. Would have been easier to not split up the payment. Vlad and his crew were very friendly and provided some good recommendation on venting and were able to make adjustments during the install. Thanks for a great looking/functional roof

Ours was a complicated project with a concrete tile replacement, extremely steep slopes, custom fits and large surface area. Definitely not a roof you want to replace frequently so a lifetime warranty was most appealing. Interlock’s team for this project was super and results are fantastic.

Interlock roofing is a very professional group of people from the bottom up. They are patient, kind and understanding of all the problems with modern day roofing. Our entire experience working with interlock roofing has been amazing. I like to say they are faster than Amazon, we were told it takes about three days to complete, when the team got here they did a quick look and said we will be done in two days. It was done in two days just as we were told. They replaced all the damaged wafer board from vents not being properly installed. Fixed and properly installed all of our ventilation, which was just hanging in the crawl space before they replaced it. They cleaned up around the house at the end of each day and cleaned out the gutters. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a long lasting metal roof and are tiered of trying to get a shingle roof contractor to even come out because shingles are so horrible they are backed up for over a year. Just think of it like this. shingle roofs have to be redone about every fifteen years so the contractors are always backed up and wouldn't give us the time of day. With interlock roofing it's one and done and gives them more time to move on and invest in your needs. They really took the time to listen and care about our situation and did everything they could to help us achieve a beautiful long lasting metal roof that we wanted.

Interlock is the best roofing available in our opinion and now have had it installed on our second home
Interlock is the best roofing available in our opinion and now have had it installed on our second home. Our 1st home had the shingles installed in 2009, and helped sell the home in 2021, as they looked identical to when installed, had no issues and had the transferable 50 year warranty for the second owner. We just got our new house fitted with Interlock Roofing, as our original (40 year warranty asphalt shingles) were deemed UN-insurable (at 23 years old) when trying to get insurance and recently started leaking. Now to the new Interlock Roof and the customer service. The team is amazing, and professional, they got our roof on, were available to answer any questions, and ensured we were 100% satisfied before the team left and final payment was made. Decision for the roof was mainly due previous satisfaction, but we also loved knowing we don’t have annual costs/work in the future for things such as moss removal. The roof is great for wind, hail and fire rating as well with is a bonus in the Okanagan.

Very happy with the product and installation. We had it installed in 2007 and it still looks new. Unfortunately we are moving and will miss the peace of mind but look forward to purchasing another in our future home!! Keep up the good work Interlock!

We just had Interlock Roofing put on a new black metal roof that looks stunning. It is called a cool roof and we got to experience this first hand during the heat wave. After the roof was installed, we noticed that the house was significantly cooler to the point that we were able to reduce the AC, saving us money. Although costly, we definitely feel it was worth the money because we have piece of mind that we will not have to worry about roofing again.

Bruce from Interlock Industries came to the house the day after I asked for estimate and four weeks later we had our new roof! Steve was incredible. He clearly took pride in installing a beautiful roof, was very courteous, and went above and beyond. The fact that this was a little house, did not make any difference for Steve; he wanted it to be perfect....and it is! This was an great experience! When we need a new roof for our (shingled) business roof in two or three years, it will definitely be another Interlock roof. Beautiful, carefree product; great customer service, and old-fashioned workmanship. Highly recommend.

I recently had my 25 year old asphalt roof replaced with an Interlock Metal roof. I'm so very happy with my decision. In fact, best decision ever to have Interlock Industries install. The metal roof is manufactured in Delta, BC and they have their own installers. It's not panels! It looks very much like a cedar roof! Colour is awesome as well! My home looks great! Interlock is a very professional business from contract signing to installation. Amazing crew that gets the job done in a timely manner. My roof looks fabulous. It's a work of art!!

Dear Interlock Roofing, Thank you for coming by and installing a new roof on our house. After we first talked at the Tacoma Home Show in January, both Paul and Ross were fantastic in walking us through the process and explaining the roofing system when we met in February. They answered all our questions, and we were eager to get started. Patrick and Drew took the lead with the installation planning and paperwork, and once the materials were ready in May, Patrick dropped them off at our house. The three-man crew installed everything in three days and ensured any installation questions were answered and done properly. In the end, we love the look and expected longevity of our new roof.

We were having a problem with a leak and called Interlock. They responded quickly and Ken showed up on time and resolved the issue, which wasn't really the roof but leaves in the eave section that didn't have the covers on it. He cleaned it out and did some caulking just in case. Great work Ken. Thank you, Sheldon

We were leaning towards a standard metal roof to replace our old asphalt shingles and in preparation for solar panels. I decided to get a quote from interlock and was impressed with the product. Interlock was within 10% of my quote for a steel roof and there was a little bit of room for negotiation. The installers worked extremely hard and were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We had a little bit of damage to a railing from when the old roof was being removed. They offered compensation, but I was able to clean it up so it is hardly noticeable. When it rains hard, there is a pleasant pitter patter sound - not loud or disturbing at all. The roof looks amazing!
