Our installation had to be scheduled for after some other work being done on the house, and Interlock was very flexible with our ever-evolving timeline. Carter came back a second time to put our minds at ease with our colour selection. Our installation crew was amazing! Maurice and Brian are top-notch gentlemen who did an amazing job. Having a pool, I was concerned about nails and other debris ending up in it. Well, there was absolutely nothing in my pool. You could tell they took pride in the work they did because they took pictures of themselves in front of our home when it was complete. They seemed proud of the job they did. Maurice kept saying it has to be done right the first time because they don’t want to come back (although they are always welcome to stop by for a visit if they are in the area). We were initially concerned that the roof might be louder when it rains, but it’s actually quieter. Our daughter used to wake up through the night when it rained but now she sleeps right through. It could be because they were able to go right over the existing asphalt shingles which also reduces landfill waste. I never thought I would get compliments on a roof. People walk by and say it looks great. When I pull up to my home I say wow that roof looks good! It’s a premium roof at a premium price, but one shot and you are done.

We just had a tremendous rain storm; the roof did amazing
From the ordering process that began in January to the actual installation of the roof in November, the communication could have been better. The charcoal gray "slate" roof was installed a few days ago, and we just had a tremendous rain storm; the roof did amazing. The workers who showed up were fast and professional and finished the job in 3 days. After they were done, they did a thorough site cleaning. The roof was definitely more costly than a conventional shingle roof and took some extra effort and delay to get scheduled, but we believe it was well worth it.

Good Morning Mr. Thomas: I just wanted to send a quick note to give a sincere thank you to yourself, Janer, German, Kevin and the two other gentlemen who joined in on Saturday (sorry, I did not get their names) for seeing this issue through to the end. We looked at another house in our small town that had one that was 11 years old, and it looked like it had just been done!

We had our roof installed in 2006. Since then, we have added some more snow guards. Today Brad Cook installed more snow guards to protect our new deck. He was professional and efficient. The roof survived the wrath of Fiona incredibly well..only a tiny amount of damage to the ridge vent… which was amazing considering during Fiona, I thought the entire house might collapse. The second incredible thing was that three days after I contacted the company to repair the minor ridge vent damage, they were in my yard and fixed it. I am so grateful for all this company has done. I’m still amazed at how good the metal roof looks
Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The roof on our vacation home in New Hampshire was about 15 years old and was starting to lose shingles due to deterioration and weather and needed to be replaced. After seeing many homes in the area converted to metal roofs, I started researching this and decided that this was the way to go. As with all projects, I like to get multiple quotes from vendors. I made contact with the folks in Walpole for Interlock and soon after I was contacted by Mark. He came out to the site to review the project and provided multiple options and a professional quotation. We selected the shake-style metal rooftop to replace the current asphalt shingles. Once the decision was made and the contract signed, A small team of professionals took care of making sure the project was completed to our requirements. We had issues with squirrels getting into the house through the ridge vent and had another contractor fix the issue on the old roof. I expressed this concern to Mark, and he made sure that the new roof would provide the same protection. The new roof was installed on schedule over the winter in New Hampshire and looks beautiful. The crew was neat and orderly and left no mess behind. Mark was always available to answer questions regarding any aspect of the job. This made it easier for us as we live 4 hours away in Connecticut and to know that your concerns were being taken care of was a huge relief to us. Interlock was easy to work with and we love the results
Everything went smoothly from sales to installation. Installing a metal roof was more expensive than most other materials, but it’s going to last 40 years+ and the warranty can be transferred to the next owner. We’re not handy and this is a huge peace of mind. We loved that this company does not subcontract and actually trains its crews on how to exclusively use their system of interlocking roof tiles. Because of this, the crew gets to work straight away, knows what their doing, and finish quickly. The things that took the longest to install were the skylights because they had to be custom made. That said, they placed a sufficient cover over the holes on the roof that held up to rain and tree debris. Interlock was easy to work with and we love the results!

Multiple issues with our asphalt roof on our home in Maine

I was constantly nailing back falling shingles, and we had multiple water leaks, so we decided to get a whole new roof, and we decided to go with a metal roof. Just as an FYI, our metal roof was just finished a few months ago, so I cannot speak for the longevity of the roof, but I will try to give you an idea of how good the process of getting this project done was with Interlock. Anyone who has had to deal with a major home project and contractors in their home understand what I mean, so here goes… We were looking into a few companies, but after meeting with our sales rep Mark and his explanation of the interlock product and process, we decided to go with Interlock and what a great move that was for us! The process of getting an appointment for our sales rep to show the product agree to the job, get a start date, secure financing, and final completion could not have been easier. First off, there is no “hard sell” pressure, just lots of information about metal roofs, Interlock’s system and the lifetime warranty. There are a lot of people making this happen, and every one of them that we dealt with was pleasant, courteous and very helpful. Claudette started the process by sending information and a sales rep who would be calling on us. She was very responsive, and we got that info back in no time and with an appointment to meet with Mark. Mark was our sales rep, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the Interlock product, metal roofs in general and the process that would occur to get us from start to finish. Mark has a very friendly and outgoing personality and had an answer to every question we asked of him. Mark was always readily available to us for any of our questions throughout the whole process and followed up after the roof was completed to make sure that everything was to our liking. Drew is the finance guy, and he couldn’t have been any nicer or more efficient than he was with us. He made the whole process very simple and easy to do. He was also readily available to us at all times. Jennifer is the office person who coordinated the whole thing. She kept us informed every step of the way, from material delivery to dumpster drop off and pick up to when crews would arrive and everything in between. She was always very pleasant and helpful and, again, always available if needed for questions. The crews that we had working on our house were awesome. They were on time and worked their tails off from the minute they got to the site until it was too dark to see. They were so respectful of our home and the property and cleaned up every night before they went home. I cannot say enough about the work ethic and quality of work they performed. Working on a roof in Maine in February is no easy task, but these guys and gals made it look easy. Thanks to the whole Interlock family for providing us with a fantastic looking along with a very functional roof that is guaranteed for a lifetime! Critical: Responsiveness Our original roof that was installed in 2011 is fine, but, like other reviewers, it has been impossible to get a quote for a roof on an addition we are planning. The contractor has tried multiple times to get a quote and was repeatedly told they would relay to request. When he got nowhere, I called and was told Jennifer, the installation coordinator, was out sick, but they would send her an email. They agreed to cc me on the email, but they never did. I just tried calling and had to leave a voice message. Does your company want more business or not?! The Interlock team was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Undertaking the re-roof of a 108-year-old home is a major process and investment. After speaking to many other roofers, we realized that Interlock offered the best value proposition, and we felt like they were going to be able to deliver on what they promised. Our salesperson, John Mondschean displayed his extensive experience in roofing by taking the time to listen to our goals, preferences and concerns, offering solutions and working with us to achieve the desired outcome. John was responsive to every request and stuck with us even after the contract was signed. We appreciated that he was always available to answer questions, give us updates and even bring color samples over one afternoon for us to double-check our selection. John embodies integrity and service. We were aware that due to current market conditions, we might have to wait a while for our materials to be delivered; however, Interlock exceeded our expectations and was able to get the materials to us a touch earlier than promised and started the installation within three days after delivery. The day the materials were delivered, we met Jesse, the lead installer who we worked with throughout the project. Jesse was awesome in explaining all the steps to the re-roof and answering our questions along the way. He took lots of pictures for us and explained how he would address our specific concerns like adding ventilation, condition of the chimney, placement of snow guards and ensuring that the construction didn’t negatively impact our neighbors. It was clear that Jesse has been installing Interlock roofing for a long time and is a true craftsman who takes pride in the quality of his work. Jesse and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that our neighbors landscaping, A/C units and other areas were properly protected. They also ensured that our property was well protected throughout, cleaned up every day and that they left the job site in great condition once the work was finished. We give the crew excellent ratings for the overall job they did on our new roof. We are very happy with the new roof and have recommended Interlock Roofing to several of our friends and neighbors. Our experience with this company was exceptionally good. Their sales person, Mr. Brougham was extremely well versed in all of the products he displayed for us, demonstrating the pros and cons of each of them. He did NOT pressure us at all and allowed us to select the roof we wanted. There was a call back for a minor problem which they came out the next day and addressed and remedied the problem immediately. The installation of the new roof was accomplished seamlessly and exactly as they described. We chose a very high-end roof as we are getting older and do not want to ever need to re-roof our home again.
