I had the metal roof installed in 2014. This summer (2022), an Interlock Service rep stopped by to ask about the roof. There was a leak in the garage due to an over-nailed nail and a discoloured panel due to an eve trough drop. These would be covered under warranty. I had some additional snow breaks installed (my cost) to take the snow pressure of an eave. The service team were polite and professional. Nice that Interlock makes contact to ensure the customer is happy with the product.
