This system of roofing is far superior to any type of asphalt shingles. After just 8 years my existing asphalt were blowing off and breaking in the wind. The company who supplied these “25 Year” asphalt shingles refused to stand behind their product leaving Us with a full replacement on my dime. So much for customer and support from those people. Not only did the local salesman come to do the estimate and job scope but the Vice president was with the salesman to see what his product could do for me. The order was placed and the job progressed to finish with little hassles and no real problems. Due to the complexity of this system the installation lasted a week from start to finish. The installation crew would have me review their work daily and address any concerns I had with members of Interlock’s installation team at the house or the way the installation was going. The final product is very pleasing to look at and all of my neighbors have commented on the “NEW” look to our home. There are some high winds in this area and the way this product is designed and installed there have been no problems in 88 KPH wind gusts which we have had since the installation. During a similar wind storm I was picking 8 year old asphalt shingles up off of my property as they were blowing off. I would recommend this system to everyone and the added cost is well worth it since they are guaranteed for 50 years.
