This letter has been a long time in coming.  My husband and I had an <a title="Interlock Roof" href="” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>Interlock Roof installed in November 2009 and have been meaning to tell you how pleased we are with the look of the new roof and the service provided by the installers ~ Nazaar and Vitality.  We’ve gotten many questions and compliments from friends, neighbors and passersby.

Both our home and detached garage needed to be re-roofed, with both requiring removal of the old <a href="”>roofing material and the installation of plywood before applying the Interlock product.  We were originally told that it would take up to 2 weeks for the job to be completed.  To our amazement, the job was completed within a week’s time and that included inclement weather!

Nazaar and Vitaliy put in very long days, were very polite, honored their commitments and ALWAYS cleaned everything up before they left for the day.  We have children and a dog and found not one nail in the yard after the job was completed.  Based on this experience and a product that speaks for itself, we would definitely recommend an <a class="wpil_keyword_link" href="” title=”Contact Us” data-wpil-keyword-link=”linked” data-wpil-monitor-id=”27736″>Interlock Roof!

I am writing to tell you how much my wife and I are satisfied with our new roof from Interlock Roofing. Our old asphalt shingles were showing the effects of time both aesthetically and functionally. Most noticeably was the water mark on the living room ceiling that just kept growing with each passing rain. We certainly weren’t looking forward to buying a new roof, since we were still paying for our wedding six months before, but knew we had to do something soon. I mentioned to Dawn that I had heard metal roofs were becoming popular because of how long they last; but she was concerned our home would look like a fast food restaurant, a factory, or even worse a tin roof barn. She made it clear that a modern looking metal roof would ruin the look of our 1860s vintage home. I said I thought I had seen a couple of years ago a house that was done with what I thought the sign said was metal but looked like shingles instead of ridged sheets she pictured. The problem was I couldn’t remember the name of the roofer – just that they had an orange sign.

A friend of our mentioned there was a <a class="wpil_keyword_link" href="” title=”Central Washington Home and Garden Show 2024″ data-wpil-keyword-link=”linked” data-wpil-monitor-id=”7757″>Home Show coming up in Worchester and we figured it would be fun to look around and dream about improvements we could make. As we walked the aisles, I saw your familiar orange sign and product display booth. I said to Dawn look at this! This looks really nice – it looks just like <a class="wpil_keyword_link" title="slate" href="” data-wpil-keyword-link=”linked”>slate! Wouldn’t that look really great on our house! Two weeks later, you explained what made Interlock Roofing different from other materials and the lifetime <a class="wpil_keyword_link" title="warranty" href="” data-wpil-keyword-link=”linked”>warranty helped us feel confident in making what was for us a major purchase decision. Although an Interlock roof might cost more initially, we think it is well worth it knowing we will never have to buy another roof for this home again.

Your company and crews are great! A representative called to let us know materials were being delivered and when they arrived they were neatly stored out of the way until the work began. A supervisor called to let us know when the work would begin, and except for two days of rain which delayed their start, the job was completed within the estimated three days. At the end of each day, they cleaned up after themselves and when the job was competed they raked up any pieces that may have been missed in the grass. The completed roof looks great and enhances the appearance of our home. We have had many people stop and compliment us on it and at least one had already installed an Interlock roof of their own.

Should we ever move from this home in the future, one of the features we will look for is an Interlock roof or plan on upgrading to one in our new home as well.

Just wanted to let you know that we are very satisfied with the aluminum interlocking roof which was installed in July of 2005. It was amazing to us how quickly and efficiently your men worked in removing our old asphalt layers of roof and installing the new one. Needless to say, we were very impressed with their work as well as our new roof!

Unfortunately, during installation of the roof, damage was done to the interior ceiling of our dining room. Interlock did respond and the damaged area was repaired in a timely manner. Unfortunately our existing ceilings are plaster and the repaired area was done in wallboard which simply do not match. In order for this to be repaired properly, the entire ceiling has to be repainted with a light texture. Whatever you can do to help rectify the pending repair to the interior ceiling would be greatly appreciated.

We feared an industrial or factory type appearance, but the total opposite took place. The Interlock roof has without a doubt improved the aesthetic appearance of our home overall. I am writing to share how pleased I am with my Interlock Roof. When the original presentation was made, I knew I was getting a premium roof, but I had no idea the finished product would be so beautiful. I was also quite impressed with the installers. They were pleasant, respectful, conscientious, and courteous. As you may recall, my roof was one that required the old roof be removed because the original roof was wood shakes which were covered by at least 3 layers of asphalt.

Those men gave 110% each and every day of the 14 days it took them to remove the original roof, replace it with plywood, and then install the Interlock roof. Many of those days were very <a class="wpil_keyword_link" title="hot" href="” data-wpil-keyword-link=”linked”>hot and humid, but that didn’t seem to have any effect on them. They would work from early in the morning until after 6 or 7 PM, always cleaning the yard before they left for the day. It amazed me that they were so thorough in their cleanup each day that I could have used my yard for entertaining in the evening.

I would encourage anyone with questions about whether Interlock delivers what they promise to contact me directly. I would be more than happy to answer questions by phone or in person, if someone wants to schedule a time to come by the house. Interlock stood by their commitment to insure I was satisfied with the work and end product. Choosing Interlock was a decision I’m glad I made. Thanks again!
