We Would Definitely Recommend An Interlock Roof!

This letter has been a long time in coming. My husband and I had an Interlock Roof installed in November 2009 and have been meaning to tell you how pleased we are with the look of the new roof and the service provided by the installers ~ Nazaar and Vitality. We’ve gotten many questions and compliments from friends, neighbors and passersby. Both our home and detached garage needed to be re-roofed, with both requiring removal of the old roofing material and the installation of plywood before applying the Interlock product. We were originally told that it would take up to 2 weeks for the job to be completed. To our amazement, the job was completed within a week’s time and that included inclement weather! Nazaar and Vitaliy put in very long days, were very polite, honored their commitments and ALWAYS cleaned everything up before they left for the day. We have children and a dog and found not one nail in the yard after the job was completed. Based on this experience and a product that speaks for itself, we would definitely recommend an Interlock Roof!

Long term cost is less than another roof system

I wish to thank Interlock Industries, Inc. for a great roofing system. I'm 100% satisfied and it has a clean and beautiful look. It's great! It's wonderful to know the roof never need replacement again. I also wish to thank Bob Allen, Jerry and Paul McAllister for being so helpful in completing the work. I know this roof system was right when we met Bob Allen the first time, he explained everything in detail. Everything he said was correct. The men who did the work were polite and respectiful, and were clean and neat in the work process. Thank you guys. I would recommend an Interlock Roof for every home, or any building and the long term cost is less than another roof system.

I am writing to tell you how much my wife and I are satisfied with our new roof from Interlock Roofing.  Our old asphalt shingles were showing the effects of time both aesthetically and functionally.  Most noticeably was the water mark on the living room ceiling that just kept growing with each passing rain.  We certainly weren't looking forward to buying a new roof, since we were still paying for our wedding six months before, but knew we had to do something soon.  I mentioned to Dawn that I had heard metal roofs were becoming popular because of how long they last; but she was concerned our home would look like a fast food restaurant, a factory, or even worse a tin roof barn.  She made it clear that a modern looking metal roof would ruin the look of our 1860s vintage home.  I said I thought I had seen a couple of years ago a house that was done with what I thought the sign said was metal but looked like shingles instead of ridged sheets she pictured.  The problem was I couldn't remember the name of the roofer – just that they had an orange sign. A friend of our mentioned there was a Home Show coming up in Worchester and we figured it would be fun to look around and dream about improvements we could make.  As we walked the aisles, I saw your familiar orange sign and product display booth.  I said to Dawn look at this!  This looks really nice – it looks just like slate!  Wouldn't that look really great on our house!  Two weeks later, you explained what made Interlock Roofing different from other materials and the lifetime warranty helped us feel confident in making what was for us a major purchase decision.  Although an Interlock roof might cost more initially, we think it is well worth it knowing we will never have to buy another roof for this home again. Your company and crews are great!  A representative called to let us know materials were being delivered and when they arrived they were neatly stored out of the way until the work began.  A supervisor called to let us know when the work would begin, and except for two days of rain which delayed their start, the job was completed within the estimated three days.  At the end of each day, they cleaned up after themselves and when the job was competed they raked up any pieces that may have been missed in the grass.  The completed roof looks great and enhances the appearance of our home.  We have had many people stop and compliment us on it and at least one had already installed an Interlock roof of their own. Should we ever move from this home in the future, one of the features we will look for is an Interlock roof or plan on upgrading to one in our new home as well.

We are very satisfied with the aluminum interlocking roof

Just wanted to let you know that we are very satisfied with the aluminum interlocking roof which was installed in July of 2005. It was amazing to us how quickly and efficiently your men worked in removing our old asphalt layers of roof and installing the new one. Needless to say, we were very impressed with their work as well as our new roof! Unfortunately, during installation of the roof, damage was done to the interior ceiling of our dining room. Interlock did respond and the damaged area was repaired in a timely manner. Unfortunately our existing ceilings are plaster and the repaired area was done in wallboard which simply do not match. In order for this to be repaired properly, the entire ceiling has to be repainted with a light texture. Whatever you can do to help rectify the pending repair to the interior ceiling would be greatly appreciated. We look forward to speaking with you in the near future. Once again, thank you for offering us the opportunity to upgrade our home with an outstanding roof.

The dark red color complements the historic features of this 1870 house, and the material is most appropriate for a house of this vintage. I also want you to know how pleased I am with the job that the installer did. The foreman. Rick Ortiz, and his workers, Wilden Perez, Juan Carlos Cordero, and Ruben Alvarenda, were a pleasure to work with. I didn't realize until I watched them work how complicated my roof is, with all its intersecting dormers, porches, hidden valleys and bay windows. They worked very skillfully and carefully to waterproof all these vulnerable edges, and did an excellent job. They were especially neat, cleaning up each day and overall at the end. Dear Friends at Interlock, When we were asked to write a letter of approval for our new Interlock roof, we weren't ready to write one. The snow does not stay on the roof

I had my roof done by Interlock Roofing and I want to say that it is very good. The snow does not stay on the roof. This winter I look at other homes in my neighborhood and found that my roof was the first to be free of snow! I am happy about that. Many people have asked about roof They like the way it looks, so they stop to see what kind it is. All I can say is "It Works for Me!"

Never have to worry about roofing again

We wanted to take a few moments to compliment Interlock Roofing for providing such a marvellous product in the Interlock Roofing System. The Interlock roof has dramatically improved the appearance of our home. The old roof needed replacing for some time and we were hesitant to re-roof with asphalt shingles simply because we knew in time we would have to re-roof again when we would be ready to retire. A metal roof was definitely the final choice because of its durability and longevity but we did not want the look of a traditional standing seam metal roof. The Interlock Roofing System presented us with the look of traditional shingles while providing the durability we were looking for. Our roof is finished and it looks beautiful! We are very pleased with the outcome. The "Aged Copper' was absolutely the right choice for our house and carriage shed. We want to thank you for your assistance and professionalism is presenting your product to us and explaining the specifics of the installation, and for your follow-up calls to see how the job was going. At first we were skeptical about an aluminum roof

We want to thank Interlock for the beautiful roof that now sits atop our home. At first we were skeptical about an aluminum roof and how it would look. We feared an industrial or factory type appearance, but the total opposite took place. The Interlock roof has without a doubt improved the aesthetic appearance of our home overall. We have received nothing but compliments from neighbors on our choice of an Interlock roof. The color of the roof matches well with our homes wood siding. We also just had several major snowstorms and most of the snow just slid right off the Interlock roof. That put our minds at ease as to the weight and stress all that snow would cause a roof in the long rim. There was also a major storm soon after the Interlock roof was installed dumping numerous inches of rain on us at once and causing a small amount of flooding in the area. As we hoped not a leak anywhere as we have always suffered with from asphalt tile type roofs. Not even a drop of rain came through the skylight windows we have. The installer did an excellent job weatherproofing them. Which by the way the Interlock Roofer was very professional, never got in our way, cleaned up all the excess, and wasted no time in getting the roof up in a few days. The biggest plus is the Lifetime Guarantee. Where are you going to find a Roofer that will give you that? Where are you going to find a Roofer that will let you Finance the cost or make payments to him over the years? Interlock does both, not to mention the price of the Interlock roof was more than reasonable in cost to us. Everything that our Salesman Mr. Doyle told us about the Interlock roof has so far been true and we are very satisfied in our decision to place an Interlock roof over our home.

Interlock delivers what they promise

I am writing to share how pleased I am with my Interlock Roof. When the original presentation was made, I knew I was getting a premium roof, but I had no idea the finished product would be so beautiful. I was also quite impressed with the installers. They were pleasant, respectful, conscientious, and courteous. As you may recall, my roof was one that required the old roof be removed because the original roof was wood shakes which were covered by at least 3 layers of asphalt. Those men gave 110% each and every day of the 14 days it took them to remove the original roof, replace it with plywood, and then install the Interlock roof. Many of those days were very hot and humid, but that didn't seem to have any effect on them. They would work from early in the morning until after 6 or 7 PM, always cleaning the yard before they left for the day. It amazed me that they were so thorough in their cleanup each day that I could have used my yard for entertaining in the evening. I would encourage anyone with questions about whether Interlock delivers what they promise to contact me directly. I would be more than happy to answer questions by phone or in person, if someone wants to schedule a time to come by the house. Interlock stood by their commitment to insure I was satisfied with the work and end product. Choosing Interlock was a decision I'm glad I made. Thanks again!

The new roof is up, there is no noise

I was very pleased with your workers and their completion of the job. They worked hard, putting in more than a full day of work at a time, and were very courteous. They did their job well, cleaning up after themselves. I am very pleased with how wonderful the roof looks. We live up a big hill and my house is a raised ranch and therefore higher in the air. Before your workers came to work on my roof, I would hear a lot of noise when we had howling winds. I now realize that that noise was the roof deteriorating, because now that the new roof is up, there is no noise. My old roof was in terrible shape. It is wonderful that the new roof is installed and making my life more comfortable. I would recommend your company for the installation of a new roof any day. 5 inches of rain on our new roof

Our Interlock roof installation was completed this past week. Several days after the installation was completed we endured a period of rainy days that dumped over 5 inches of rain on our new roof. Under this extraordinary onslaught we have seen no leaks or other problems. The installer was Alex, his work ethics were beyond reproach and we were impressed that one man could do a large job like this in such a timely fashion. Alex cleaned up the job site thoroughly at the end of each day, which we greatly appreciated. Your sales representative, Gerald Matta was through and professional. He gave us the information we felt we needed to make this important decision without undue sales pressure. One of the smartest investments that we could have ever made

To whom it may concern; Several months ago we decided to have a new roof installed on our home. After comparing many different types of roofing materials, the decision was made to use the aluminum roofing system that Interlock presented to us. After several months I can say that the right decision was made. The new roof looks as great today as when it was installed. We have noticed our cooling costs in the summer as well as our heating costs in the winter have been greatly lowered. From the first day the roof was installed, numerous individuals have stopped to compliment and inquire of the roof. The one main concerns seems to be that of most that stop by to inquire of the roof - the noise level when it rains, with aluminum it must be terribly loud in the house, right? I tell them all the same thing. There can be a down pour going on outside and the only way I would know is if someone opened the door. Putting the Interlock Roofing System on our home was one of the smartest investments that we could have ever made. We not only have a roof that will look great for many years to come, we are also saving money each month on everything from gas and electric to homeowners insurance, and our home is now classified as energy efficient which means that there are more discounts to come for many years. But to me, just knowing that in twelve years I will not find myself looking up at the roof and cringing thinking that it is time for a new roof already, because I know it will look as great then as it does today.

I just wanted to take a moment to commend Interlock on a great product and thank you personally for your follow through after installation. I am pleased with the roof overall because it's good looking and works well. I get compliments about the new roof frequently. The description you provided of what to expect from beginning to end and what was delivered was consistent. This is such a simple thing to do but a surprising number of companies simply don't execute on their promises so I was pleased with the end result Interlock provided. The crew that removed my old roof and installed the new one was courteous and professional. They did a good job of cleaning up the job site each day and obviously take pride in their work. The only thing I would say was a drawback is that I had filled out the customer satisfaction survey before the dumpster was removed from my front yard. After the dumpster was removed I discovered two long indentations on my front lawn over a foot deep caused by the weight of the fully loaded dumpster. When I called you about it, you said you would correct it and now it has been corrected. This sort of customer service is what really separates companies that are in it for the long haul. I appreciate your follow up and the fact that you were able to correct the only item where I was not completely satisfied. I recommend Interlock to anyone considering a roof replacement based on the merits of the product alone. I had done a good amount of research in Consumer Reports on the longevity of different roof types as you know so there was no question in my mind that I wanted a metal roof but I didn't know how nice the end result would turn out. Your product combined with outstanding customer service is an unmatched offering. Consider me a reference for other potential customers curious about the experience they had with Interlock
