Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by our banking partners over an encrypted (TLS) connection on their own secure portals. Interlock never sees or stores your bank account details.

What do I need to make a payment?

Have your Interlock invoice and your bank account details (routing and account number) ready. ACH EBill payments are drawn directly from your bank account.
