They could improve by responding to phone calls. I made ten calls and still don't have any good answers. I'm very dissatisfied! I paid $24,290 and I'm very, very unsatisfied with the roof's performance! Update 1/30/18: The office administrator, Sarah Hamlin, and Allen Gessell gave me nothing but the run-around and I'm very unsatisfied with those two employees.
