Not for existing properties. If new construction yes. I have several siblings living in this town in over million dollar homes and they have heard my frustrations. First change the wording in your acceptance letter from available 24-7 availability to Monday through Friday time zone available.Making sure someone has on-call contact for emergencies (leaking roof).Being able to return calls, scheduled dates. Initial sales pitch should match what is on line with regards to the actual warranty-false sales pitch really is a sticker to us. The crew really should take consideration of laying the tarps (I saw but never used)-could prevent leaking roof. Also I have a cover on my garage that would be very expensive to replace had their metal pieces hit it is such a way as to put tears in it. I noted several things fall from roof onto this covering.

Detailed Ratings

Sales Punctuality

★★★★ Agree
“He promised to come for the final review of the roof, did not hear after he informed us. However, during the installation, he responded to our concerns (unless he was on vacaion).”

Sales Knowledge

★★★★★ Strongly agree

Employees Professionalism

★★★★ Agree
“When they did respond they were polite and courteous; however the timing of returning calls, emails was very lacking. Your contract paperwork said 24-7 response; however when we did call it said specific workday times. Unfortunately, when my house was leaking water on Saturday after the installation crew came out initially and removed vents -never adding covering this became a serious concern.”

Communication

★★★☆☆ Neutral
“see above. When we were initially told to be prepared for the crew to come out; no word when they didn't show. Dates changed a couple of times. When we inquired about putting it off till spring since the weather was extremely volatile we were told no.”

Installation Crew

Quality Of Workmanship

★★★★ Agree
“We had to call them back as there were areas of concern, they failed to inform us about the cedar came primed blue color nor did the seal the cut ends. We were told that there was some water damage which they were going to send us the pictures but never did. We were told in our contract phase that they would fix areas of damage once the installers found it.”

Clean & Safe

★★★★ Agree
“We found nails and screws in areas where we park our cars. We also are still finding pieces of the roof/metal in the yard.”

Professional Completion

★★★☆☆ Neutral
“The sales pitch was really convincing that the investment (which is about 3txs the regular cost of roofs) sounded like a good investment. It was sold to us as a lifetime limited warranty with a 50 year if we sold the house; we looked it up and noted that it will only be a 50 year warranty. Now if we would have bought a regular roof that lasts 20 years at a 1/3 of the cost, we could easily cover several -3-4 roofs for the cost of the one you installed. Only time will really say if this was an actually good investment and whether you honor the warranty.”

Problem Resolution

★★★★ Agree
“Although once the staff/crew did finally come back out and correct the areas of concern; the area of communication was really like a 1. The crew member mentioned he rang the doorbell when he came- our doorbell would wake the dead in this small house, and even if he had knocked our dog would have been barking as he does when people come to our door. Lack of communication can break a company. I received an email with regards to an overpayment several weeks ago and that the money would be sent out right away. Still haven't seen it.”

Schedule

★★☆☆☆ Disagree
“We were given a date in December of several days. No one came, we attempted to contact a couple of time as we have to arrange for our cars to be out of the area during these times. Then reset for Jan. 2, came on the 3rd worked 10 to 4 pm, 4th came at 9 am took the vents off and left at 12:30 pm; it rained through weekend leaking water in on my stove. Came Monday 7th from 9:20 am to 4:55; and 8th from 9:15 to 2:25 pm. Took till Jan. 15th to come back and fix the problems and pick up checks. Took several weeks for the checks to get cashed.”
