Thank you for being such an excellent firm

My wife and I want to express our complete satisfaction with the “Aged Copper” roof your firm installed on our “Barn-house” and gazebo. The two roofs have a high quality appearance and they enhance the looks of the property. We are looking forward to many years of satisfaction. We are now planning to re-paint the house with a color to better blend with the roof.

The work performed by your installers was outstanding. They were friendly and very professional.
They worked efficiently and energetically, and it was obvious they had the skills to do the job.

Thank you for being such an excellent firm.

The roof took thirty year off the look of the house

5/5

Dear Interlock Roofing

I have been impressed with the appearance of the slate aluminum roofs for years. So when the windstorms started lifting off my asphalt shingles and dropping them in my neighbor’s yard I knew it was time to look for a new roofing solution.

The Interlock Roofing sales representative was very informative and sold me on the advantages of their high end roofing materials. I especially liked the following benefits: the wind resistance was a big plus to me, the no maintenance feature, the
fact that the roof could be installed in the winter over the existing roof and last that I can relax knowing this will be the last roof I will have to buy for my house.

What a difference the black slate Interlock Roofing makes to the curb appeal of my 1950’s rambler house. The roof took thirty year off the look of the house and increased any future selling price.

I would be happy to recommend Interlocking Roofing to anyone interested in a high quality aluminum roof expertly installed.

High quality metal roofing installation

5/5

I want to express my appreciation for your company’s excellent response to our recent need for replacement of deteriorating closure material on our metal roof installed about four years ago. It is a pleasure to deal with people whose first priority is customer satisfaction.

I’d like to particularly thank Steven Jasper, the installer responsible for the work. He was competent, efficient and thorough. It was a large job and particularly difficult because of its height off the ground as well as the hot weather. I also want to thank Wendy Willans of your customer service department who arranged for the work effectively and promptly.

I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone interested in a high quality metal roofing installation by people eager to stand behind their products and workmanship.

Very truly yours,

We loved the crew that installed our roof

We loved the crew that installed our roof. They were quick and polite and very very tidy. We never found a single stray water bottle or can or chip bag. Well worth it. Plus, lifetime guarantee?!? Yes ma’am!

Heavy rain, hail, strong winds, and frost. Our roof has been put to the test and passed with flying colors

5/5

It’s been about 6 weeks since our new roof was completed, and we are thrilled with the result. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and very efficient. As a salesperson myself, I was impressed with the ‘no pressure’ approach to selling us the roof and the information that was provided to us to make an informed decision on the type of roof for our home. We chose the black slate and it looks very smart and has transformed the look of our home considerably. Since the roof was installed, we have had the usual mixed bag of Washington weather – heavy rain, hail, strong winds, and frost. Our roof has been put to the test and passed with flying colors.

Frank observed the installation process and was impressed with the seamless flashing, custom-made on site, and state of the art vent coverings. Our roof looks beautiful and stands out from the others in our neighborhood. We were particularly impressed with the workmanship of Victor and Mark, the two men who installed the roof. They were punctual, fast, courteous, respectful, efficient and very professional. Our neighbors also commented on how well they worked. When the roof was complete, they cleared away all debris and even removed the unwanted satellite dish from our roof. It couldn’t have gone better.

We received all the financial documentation in a timely manner and all of the employees we have dealt with have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Our only criticism is that it would be nice to have an online payment facility for over payments. Currently the only way to do that is to mail a payment to Canada but we don’t have checks so we would have to purchase money orders and mail them as we intend to make over-payments along the way.

We would happily recommend Interlock to anyone looking for a new roof.

Kind regards,
Jennifer and Frank H.

If the roof is as good as it appears and is warranted for, the cost is justified

5/5

In less than a week since the new Interlock roof was installed on our house we have had several compliments.

It is somewhat a coincidence that the color of paint we put on the gutters and gable ends a couple of years ago is compatible with the weathered copper color of the shingles.

Most homes in our neighborhood are between twenty and thirty years of age. All have been re-roofed. Some need replacement again. They should consider Interlock.

The weather was not always the best during the job. The installers seemed to know exactly what to do and how to do it. If the roof is as good as it appears and is warranted for, the cost is justified. In comparison with anything else around we’re quite proud of it.

Sincerely,

We love the look of the roof

5/5

We are writing to thank you for the fine job that was done on our roof installation. Before we talked to your company at the fair, we were confused and indecisive on the products available. After we talked to Bill Gray at our home, we decided that Interlock was the roofing for us.

From our meeting with your representative to the finish of the installation of the roof took less than a month. That included the wait for the permission from the Homeowners Association and financing through your company.

The installation team that worked on our home was courteous, efficient, pleasant and hard working. Everything was kept neat And clean as they worked.

We love the look of the roof and can’t stop looking at it whenever we go outside. It improves the look of the home.

Thank you,

A large percentage of landfill waste is comprised of discarded roofing materials

5/5

To Whom It May Concern:

We bought our house in 2001. At that time we knew we had about 5-7 years of life left on our composition roof.

In October of 2009, my husband and I attended the Home Show held at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds and we submitted our name at the Interlock booth to get more information about metal roofs, as we had been thinking about moving in that direction to replace the roof.

About two weeks later, we met Ross Peterson. He spent about two hours educating us on roofs and all the different types of roofing materials available, how a large percentage of landfill waste is comprised of discarded roofing materials, and the range of expenses associated with the different kinds of roofs available to homeowners. He was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable.

We went into the meeting hoping that the cost of a metal roof would somehow match up with the amount of money we felt we had available to put a new roof on our house. Overall, we determined that the work being done and the length of time we could expect the roof to last would far outweigh the expense in the long run. Especially since a metal roof can last 50 years, but you can expect to put a composition roof on several times in that time-frame.

Our materials were delivered in early December and a few days later we met the work crew. They were friendly, considerate, and seemed well trained to complete the job. Unfortunately, we started having extreme weather conditions, like deep freezes one week and heavy rains the following week. Both of those situations caused the job to be delayed, both due to the safety of the crew and to keep the roof conditions as ideal as possible.

We are now almost 3 months post install and are quite happy with the end result. We are pleased with our color choice and plan to paint our house this summer with a coordinating color to complement the roof.

Thank you Interlock!

Sincerely,

There were no surprises

5/5

We just wanted to let you know how thoroughly-pleased we are with our new Interlock Roof. It is absolutely beautiful and we have had a lot of people stopping as they walk or drive by to admire how nice it looks.

Everything progressed on the job exactly as you had shared with us when we signed the contract. There were no surprises. From the beginning when we got the call to set up a start date, to the final clean up and retrieval of the waste bin everything was handled so professionally. Viktor and Alex were a dream to work with-so-pleasant and each day everything was left so tidy that it would have been hard for guests to tell that we were in the middle of a re-roofing job.

We will highly recommend your product and doing business with such a professional and obviously well run company.

The haunted house look changed instantly into desirable real estate

5/5

What a substantial difference the Interlock aluminum roof has made to the appearance of my hundred year old house. The haunted house look changed instantly into desirable real estate. The people who sold me the house have said they wish they had asked more for it now!

My previous roofer, who I have used for many years on five different roofs with excellent results; drove by and said he knew it was a good job. He also wanted to recommend Interlock roofing to another customer who wanted something better than
composition roofing.

The service was great, the sheet metal engineers were industrious, exacting workers, and there have been no problems with anything.

It looks so solid and neat; I cannot describe it exactly, but I will never be happy with composition roofing again. The leaves slide right off so it is always clean, and shows off the gables and fancy lines of the house so well… I love it!

A very satisfied customer,

Another advantage of a very conductive aluminum roof is that it forms a Faraday cage around the house

5/5

The Kirkwood family is the proud owner of a new, red, Interlock aluminum alloy tile roof, installed this July. This new roof greatly improved the look of our home in replacing our old wood shingle roof, whose life had expired. We were happy that the new roof could be installed directly over the old wood roof, without the messy ripping up that we have observed each of our neighbors go through. The installation crew were extremely courteous and worked very hard to complete the installation in 3 days. We were also impressed with the promptness of delivery for a custom made roof. It was only two weeks from order to installation.

What a difference! On a bright sunny day the red surface of the garage roof actually glows against the second story of the house. Our neighbors from up to a block away have commented that the house looks brand new. Sometimes we think they enjoy it more than we do. That is not completely true, however, because I will not miss cleaning the maple nuts, leaves and moss, applying water sealer then patching the wood shingle splits to prevent leaks. We waited in sending this letter until the middle of fall, to see how the new roof handles the maples nuts and leaves, as we live in a forest setting. On a rainy, windy, night this week, the rain washed the leaves down into the gutters, leaving the roof clean.

It is much easier to clean the gutters than the roof. Our house is also located near electric power transmission lines and stray electric fields from them interrupt AM radio signals. Another advantage of a very conductive aluminum roof is that it forms a Faraday cage around the house, eliminating the AM interruption and also potential health hazards. The roof has also improved reception from our outside antenna for TV signals.

We are very happy with our new roof.

We are enjoying a much cooler home interior, as advertised

5/5

Our Interlock Roof has now been installed three weeks and we couldn’t be more pleased. Suffice to say we haven’t yet experienced the winds and rains of winter, but we are enjoying a much cooler home interior, as advertised. Certainly the compliments we have been receiving from neighbors and passersby have been most positive and rewarding. Our cul-de-sac has five homes, each with a different roof; shake, tile, wood shingle, comp, and Interlock Aluminum, and needless to say which one stands out the most. Several have even asked if it’s a “slate roof. We’ve had so many ask about it that I now carry three of the shake shingles around in my car to show people we visit what Interlock is all about. Needless to say we’ve become quite an expert at “locking” them together.

The installation process was most impressive. We had two neighborhood homes, receive “comp” roofs while ours was being installed. They took about 3 days each to complete. Your installation team of Alex and Viktor Drigailo were here 11 days and what a pleasure and experience it was to observe their work. Just watching the time and care they exercised was sufficient to all that Interlock was a “different” roof. Their work ethic was something to behold and it was indeed our pleasure to have them with us for that period. We’ve even taken their photographs to remember them by.

Thank you all for making our new Interlock roof possible.

Most Sincerely,
James Woodle
