My roof does not have the appearance of a $25000 roof. There is still a problem with it and they have not come back to fix it. I have talked to the staff and they understand that there is a problem, but have not got back to me to tell me what they will do to correct it. Very disappointed and plan to escalate the issue if it does not get resolved. Please have someone, including Neil get back to me to resolve the issues.
