Interlock Roofing can improve by having the management and the office call the customers back, answer their questions, and make sure that the process is ready to go before the work is done. Now, I am stuck with a part of my roof that cannot be fixed because they put the interlock on it already. The management needs to be improved dramatically. I hope that someone from Interlock phones me and asks me what was not done and what they can do to fix it.

“The work that the salesman said was going to be done, was not completed. I have phoned Interlock's customer service line about 7 or 8 times and requested a manager to phone me to talk about my concerns and they have not called me back. The work was not completed the way that it was supposed to be done. It also took an extra month for the work to get started. I have never received a phone call back from Interlock.”

“It was completed in a professional manner, but I am not happy with the results. The work that was supposed to be done, wasn't done at all. There were 7 vents and one whirly bird that were supposed to be replaced. The guys showed up with 8 vents and no whirly bird because he said that he was not told to bring one. He said that he was only told to bring 8 vents, so they did not replace everything that they were supposed to, according to the contract. The workers were good though. I am happy with results, but not the overall results because it was not done the way that it was supposed to have been done.”
