communication between the customer /management/installer, no call no show of installer need to know by customerit take 7 months for my roof to install, I have difficult time to get hold of the right person to address my problems,I'm mentally tortured poor safety awareness from the installer, nails on the ground/driveway,,that I have to clean up,no call no show management not aware
