Our sales representatives, Mike and Ross, explained the advantages of a <a href="”>metal roof, the benefits of Interlock Roofing and the installation process, answered all our questions and assured us that weād be very pleased purchasing an Interlock Roof.
Peter and Victor, our installers were personable, explaining their process. We had a couple of snow and ice days prior to our scheduled date, so they had to work hard to clean off and prepare the roof. They worked very diligently in the cold and some days in the heavy rain. 5/5 Interlock kept us up to date on when they would be out here. The installers arrived in December 2016 and in two days we had a new roof. They were the most polite workers that we have ever had at the house. They showed us the <a href="”>material they that lay down before the roof goes on it was a very thick underlayment. No wonder our house is 5 degrees warmer and the heater doesn’t come on as much as it did before. They did an excellent job of clean up. You could not even tell that we had anything done outside. A few weeks after the roof was installed Glenn Boss and his boss showed up in person to make sure that everything was right and see if we had any questions. You do not see this level of service anywhere. This year here in the Pacific Northwest we have gotten a record amount of rain. With our old metal roof, it would have been really <a href="”>loud, but with the Interlock Roofing System, we can barely hear it. The only way that we knew it is raining is if we hear it hit the windows or we look outside and see it coming down. We just love our new roof! The house looks so much nicer than it did before with our other <a href="”>metal roof.Ā And we are really enjoying how much warmer our home is now. The work crew guys were pleasant. They brought extra material to my house. When I saw something I didn’t like, they replaced it without hesitation. I asked, and they said that they only do Interlock installations. One of they guys started eating a weed that was growing in my yard which I had been trying to identify for months. He told me the name and it was in one of my favored plant species, sorrel! What serendipity! To top it off, when I notified them that the natural gas guy inspected my venting and said to change it, the repairman came down and fixed it for me. No charge no hassles! 5/5 Your company made a commitment to look at our home and assess the cost of applying your product. Only one other company out of four made the same commitment. Your company representatives arrived on time and were prepared to explain your product in depth to us. No other company that we contacted followed through on their appointments. After we agreed to the <a href="”>cost and time frame for the installation we were kept informed of the progress to have the new roof installed. We are very impressed with the office staff your sales team has behind them. The installation crew was very polite and efficient. They were tidy and friendly. They made all other contractors look shabby in comparison. The roof is and looks amazing. We get compliments on it all the time. We had a small rain storm and both of us went out to watch the water stream off of the roof and into the gutters just because it was so beautiful. 5/5 Speaking of installation, we were very happy with the way your installation crew did their job. They were careful with our landscaping, cleaned up each day and when they finished and left, the only sign of their having been there was the new roof itself. The new Interlock roof looks great, and we have been complimented on it by many neighbors as well as people passing by. Our home insurance company was also happy with the new roof and its Class 4 <a class="wpil_keyword_link" title="hail" href="” data-wpil-keyword-link=”linked”>hail impact resistant rating, which will give us a discount on the insurance premium. We are very satisfied with the entire process of getting a new roof installed. From the initial discussion with the sales representative, the installation crew, and final results, there were no surprises. The sticker price might make you jump a little in some areas than others, but now that itās on the house I am happy we decided to go that way. Itās beautiful, itās going to last a good long time, and thereās a certain confidence I get from knowing Iāll be dealing with the people who make it if thereās a problem. 5/5 From the beginning of this “roof project”, all of my conversations with Meg and Claudette were friendly and my questions were answered by these pleasant and knowledgeable ladies. Since I had already seen a presentation with a neighbor, Mike Rasmussen was able to save us both some time as I was very ready to get my leaky roof replaced! He thoroughly explained how the aluminum fits together and assured me the trained installers really did know what they were doing! Rolland called to let me know when he would be delivering the materials. He was right on time – even with <a class="wpil_keyword_link" href="” title=”Quality Roof Materials” data-wpil-keyword-link=”linked” data-wpil-monitor-id=”27648″>snow and icy roads to contend with! He very neatly placed boxed materials next to the garage and then covered everything with a tarp to keep it dry. I was concerned with his and the installersā safety during those unusual winter weather conditions but both Rolland and Peter seemed to take it in stride. Peter was very efficient and explained how things worked and answered my questions that I didnāt know I had until I watched how fast yet carefully he worked. Mike was right ā Peter was quick and there was very little wasted material when he had completed everything! As it turned out, Peter was the only installer and he wasted NO TIME removing the chimney, getting my skylight replaced and the roof was done in only two days!! It was unusually COLD in Oregon those days; January 7th and 8th. He worked well into the dark evening hours on both nights, which I thought was above and beyond the call of duty. He carefully cleaned up after himself before he left. As you see, I am very impressed with my new roof. At one point, I was concerned that the aluminum may be “noisy”, however, with the amount of hard rain we have had, there is no more <a href="”>noise than there was with my old shingle roof. Again, I am impressed. My son is thrilled that he will never have to get up and toss laundry soap around on the roof to kill the moss! Just today, a gentleman stopped to chat about my roof as heād noticed the sign in my yard. I happened to be outside for a few minutes and was happy to share my very pleasant experience with him. Neighbors have stopped to look at the sign and check out the roof on their walks. Enclosed are pictures of my “roof project”. Strangers would not know there ever was a chimney on the house. Peter was very careful removing the bricks which I appreciated since the new Leaf Guard system was recently installed. I thank you all for your help with updating my house.
