We have had this roof for about 17 years. We got hurricane strength winds and there has been no problems with the roof. We had 3 conventional shingle roof before and they had delaminated and blown in to other neighbors yards. Worth the money in our opinion.
Excellent work
We bought Interlock roof in 2004. For over 20 years we’ve never had any issues, no leaks, no blown-away shingles even in 85 mile windstorms. The roof actually looks very new till this day.
Interlock installed my Aluminum roof 13 years ago and did a fantastic job. They have done minor adjustments throughout the years with great skill. I would highly recommend them.
Your roof shingles versus a hurricaine! — Just writing to let you know that I like your roof shingles. We bought our house in Anchorag 3 years ago. It already had your shingles on it when we purchased. Even though we contacted you too late to transfer the warranty, the shingles held up well in 124mph winds last week in the Anchorage mountains.
We are really happy with our roof. It looks great and we get comments about how nice it is.
I don't think there are any areas for improvement. I may have been happier if I would've been able to pay with my credit card.
Our roofers were courteous and did a great job overall. The roof looks great and they always did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day.
I hope I never have to deal with them again ever. I wouldn't subject anyone else to them. They could communicate with the customer. I am paying the bill, they could treat me with a little respect. I would have liked to know when they were coming and where they were going to put it. I think they had other jobs and bumped me to the end. Who would know because no one spoke to me? I can't believe I spent $39,000 with a company that was such a bunch of assholes. There's no customer service and they obviously don't care. I wrote a letter to the salesman at his request about what kind of customer service I got and I got nothing in return.
