Communication and honesty. The sales portion of the our experience was great, as was the final installation. The entire communication process in between was horrible. Timeliness were not followed and nobody was communicating with us in a timely or honest manner. If I didn't have as much faith in the materials used, I would have cancelled the entire contract for how awful the process was.
