I like the product, but I have concerns about how the work was done and profesionalism of the people we dealt with . I have no hope about getting services if a problem arise in the future. They should treat their clients better. We are the reason they make money. Good companies do well with easy projects and more difficult ones as well. We have not received the papers related to the waranty. They told us it would be sent after receiving our payment which we sent right away to show our good faith.

“While he is very knowledgeable about the product, we were concerned with a part of our roof that is wavy. He said the crew could adjust for this to a certain degree and that our roof would be perfectly flat after the adjustment. If the waves were to be too prononced, the crew would advise us of the situation and offer other possibilities at extra cost. The work went through quickly and we were told nothing and just saw after the fact that the roof had waves in it. So I feel, Barry overpromised what his crew could do or didn't tell them about our concerns so they could be addressed. We were ready to pay the extra, but this possibility was not offered to us.”

“John was very unprofesional: first, he came unannounced at 8 am while we had not had a chance to have a good look at our finished roof because the crew had finished late the night before. We were concerned about the waves in our roof as mentioned above. While Barry had said the crew would adjust for this, John was saying it was totally normal and they would need to not only rebuild the roof completely to remove those, but the entire house! I find that was very rude and it is not a comment we would expect from some one professional.”
