If they had communicated a lot more and been more willing to work with us and comply with our needs instead of high pressure salesman coming to our home and expecting us to make the decision in an hour. Everything is functioning well during bad weather. I give the entire experience an A+! I have to also add, Jonathan, our sales representative was also very charming, lovely, and easy to work with. Lastly, there was a lovely woman from British Columbia in the office who was very nice. The entire experience was very nice!

This is significant since the drive way goes around the house and is close to the house and roof edge. I would recommend a follow up sweep of the area with a magnetic sweeper.

Also a few pieces of cut aluminum, a possible hazard for small children. Also found pieces of cut shingle in the gutters, more problematic to clean up for an older person than material left on the ground.
