Our roofers were courteous and did a great job overall. The roof looks great and they always did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day.

A little bit better communication between installers and homeowners prior to project start. We were told by Glen that we would be able to receive a discount on the price if we paid cash for the roof installation. The contract was written up with the assumption that we would make a down payment and finance the remaining balance. In the end, we paid cash in full upon completion of the roof installation. We tried to reach Glen to confirm the discount but we never heard back from him about it.
