The salesperson did not help the project along. I felt it would have been smoother if I was quoted the right amount, and I was told $13 sq ft, and I was charged $16 sq ft, and they did not put my complete tear off in my contract. It was frustrating as a customer, especially when things were having to be backtracked. I thought employees of interlock were going to do my project, and it was a subcontractor that came to do my installation. I was concerned. It has been 2 weeks and I have asked Jennifer twice now for photos. I have asked how I need to proceed having a contractor do the tuck pointing of my chimney.
