This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Musket Grey on a home in Chicago, IL, completed December 22, 2021. The project covered roughly 16 squares of roofing. Interlock was the only roofing company that took my request seriously. Another metal roofing company, whom I will not mention, basically dismissed my initial inquiry as not worth their time. They need to follow up with the customer confirming the start date, and/or informing them when there is a delay. I called several times with no response. I eventually, contacted John to get some answers, as the office scheduler could not be reached, as well as the field project manager. I believe that diligent follow-up and follow-thru communication is key to keeping the customer informed and prepared especially should their be a delay in the project. This is what makes businesses strive and be successful.
