#1 I still have no sign in my yard, after copious rain destroyed the original one. Chuck was made aware of this at least 1 month ago. #2 Since part of his pitch that landed the sale included any referrals from the sign promised, and NONE have emerged...kind of hard to follow through on an invisible sign. #3 Roofers told me that Chuck had not included a complete rip-off job on my roof, but they did it anyway. #4 Took over 1 month for my check to clear. #5 In request of an invoice noting paid in full, Chuck told me that it was in the snail mail in August. Said invoice never arrived. Finally after multiple calls, he sent me an email invoice. #5 Right at the signing, Chuck informed me that I could put the balance on a credit card...someone named Wendy very clearly informed me that this was not the case, as pointed out in the fine print of the contract. Your product seemingly is great, and although friendly, Chuck seemed, in the end to be a bit of a BS sales guy, who really did not know, or have the marketing/follow through back up staff to accomplish timely, professional results. At one point, and I quote a direct text from Chuck, he responded...to my inquiries on my check clearing and invoice (which should have been in my hand the day that I wrote the check...the guy sent to pick up balance and I had to do the math and figure out the balance)...Chuck said, in early September...check was written LAST WEEK of July..."That (check) gets sent to min. (I think he meant MN) then deposited. You have your roof. We are all good." #6 Chuck came by the house one day, with "good news" about selling a neighbor a roof...and then NEVER followed up with me. I waited a month and contacted him several times about the destroyed sign and wondering about the incentive coming my way due to his sale and my previous sign. He finally got back to me after the third inquiry that the sale did not get approved. #7 Final attempts to get me an invoice, involved him having an inaccurate email for me. Seems to not be in alliance with your top grade product. FYI...I do NOT want another replacement sign.
