#1 I still have no sign in my yard, after copious rain destroyed the original one. Chuck was made aware of this at least 1 month ago. #2 Since part of his pitch that landed the sale included any referrals from the sign promised, and NONE have emerged...kind of hard to follow through on an invisible sign. #3 Roofers told me that Chuck had not included a complete rip-off job on my roof, but they did it anyway. #4 Took over 1 month for my check to clear. #5 In request of an invoice noting paid in full, Chuck told me that it was in the snail mail in August. Said invoice never arrived. Finally after multiple calls, he sent me an email invoice.
