I would recommend the company. They need to improve communication. It was told it would be six to eight weeks. There was no follow up with the delays. That is the whole key to ordering a very expensive roof. There was a significant delay. If you promise someone six to eight weeks then it is sixteen weeks. That is concerning. If it was a week or two, or three I could have lived with that. The amount of delay should be communicated to the customer. It was close to fifty thousand dollars for the roof. A weekly call from Minnesota with the reason for the delay would have made a difference. They could have informed the customer that there was a delay and apologized it was out of their control. They could have said there was a backlog of roofs that needed to be installed. There was no communication. Anyone can have concerns about that. It is a great product. I was satisfied so I kept the sign up for two weeks. I told that to the general manager. He did a great job. I love the roof. I just took down the sign yesterday. They could have improved communication efficiency. You are selling a customer a Rolls Royce in terms of a roof. You are doing it with a special type of customer. They have that kind of money probably. You would expect that type of support in regards to the information of when it is going to be installed. You are giving them the support level or a Chevrolet or Hyundai. You should give somebody like a black card rather than a prepaid Visa card. That has to be improved. There are different types of customers that buy high end. It is those bells and whistles that are purchased, so customer service is a must. It is like selling a Rolls Royce or Cadillac. It is a great product. If you can just improve on communication on delays. I would suggest keeping the customer informed on what is going on. If you are promised six to eight weeks and it was sixteen weeks, that is concerning. That is the only thing you guys need to do. There is a lack of communication.

Communication

☆☆☆☆ Strongly disagree
“I was very disappointed, not in John, with the support staff behind John. The roof was late in terms of the fabrication process. I had to keep calling the staff in Minnesota. I was not getting concrete answers of when the job was going to start. I was not given the delay of installation. That information was not communicated to me effectively. I was left in the dark. It was supposed to begin in six to eight weeks. It was then twelve weeks, then it was sixteen weeks. That needs to improve significantly. I kept calling and did not really get a response. I had to get John involved. John got to the bottom of it. I had to call corporate in terms to find out what was going on.”
