Keeping tarp right by the house to collect falling metal pieces and nails. I wouldn't want my dogs to step on the metal pieces. We understood that the supervisor would come to check on the project throughout the whole process. Perhaps we misunderstood, but my daughter was the only one who saw him after the project was completed. I am glad you sent me this survey so I can feel that someone in the company is interested in my feelings about the results. This new roof cost a lot of money and I want to feel absolutely positive that it is perfect and that if I have concerns they are addressed in a timely manner.

“The crew worked very hard to keep the site clean. However, a snowstorm midway through the project probably made it difficult to find all the nails and pieces of metal. I collected 1-2 lbs. of nails and pieces of metals as the snow disappeared.”

“The project was completed in a professional manner. When I learned that the supervisor would be coming to check on the work, I stated when I could be home from work; I am a teacher at a primary school and I don't have a lot of flexibility in leaving work. The supervisor came when I wasn't home; only my daughter was home. This was a few days before Christmas and he probably wanted to complete tasks in a timely manner. But I had understood that someone would discuss the finished project with me and this didn't happen. I took 2 photos of areas about which I was concerned and sent them to the Walpole MA office. I don't believe I received a response.”
