  The quality of the work was beautiful. The process of getting the roof up there, was a nightmare. We had a really hard time during the process. It's not truly a straight answer. I think if there was a way to contact the same person throughout the process so they are familiar with the situation, that alone would help out quite a bit. There was a lot of good and bad.
