I did not like the high pressure sales pitch. Starting out at an inflated price and reducing it down substantially in a span of 5 minutes ( "Sign now, today only") . My reaction was: am I buying an used car here? Reality is, that a typical family cannot commit to laying out $24K on an impulse. Coming up with that kind of cash would require some budgeting, perhaps a refinance, or home equity loan. I feel that metal roofing in general is priced on "what the market will bear", the high price not justified by the material and install cost . your current pricing model limits your market to the wealthy, who have this kind of cash laying around.
