  I would like for you to retrain your guys. Don't just sell something but it is good to present something and allow the customer to decide if they are going to proceed or not. I was asking questions and the guy was filling out the application. Present something, allow me to think about it, and then find out if I want to proceed or not. Don't force something on me; that turns me off.

  Installation process, much room for improvement. The first crew that was on my job change the start date 5 times for various reasons. I was not notified of some of the date changes. Finally, I was called and told they had to give the job to a different crew. That crew showed up on the date and completed the job in a timely manner.
