They could have improved their sales process. It was too aggressive. The salesman wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. He sounded like a carnival barker. I finally got aggravated and told him that I like product—I just needed to know if I could afford it. He finally gave up in frustration and started going over the prices. I guess he thought he had to sell me on the product, but I was already sold in it.
