Communication within this company is absolutely awful. Scheduling the installation was a nightmare. Materials were left in my driveway out in the rain for 2 weeks before installation. After incorrect information from the sales rep I purchased unneeded flashing for my skylight that cost me a restocking fee to return. After installation my yard is covered in sharp metal scraps, very poor cleaning up after the project was done. I hope the product is worth the terrible purchase and installation process.
