The price is high and my brother-in-law, who lives in another state and is familiar with metal roofs, said the cost is just really out of range compared to what he was saying it should cost. They wanted to charge me $1k per square foot. Maybe for young people or million-dollar homes that would work, but for people like us, who are on a fixed income, or depending on what stage they are in their life, it's too high.
