We are happy with the product but concerned about the installation. We have a current issues with how the product was installed which resulted in water damage. At this time although we like the product, we have an issue that prevents us from recommending it to friends. Having a project manager on site the whole time would have made this better. There were communication issues. Part of the sales pitch as that they were diligent in cleaning and they were not. It would have been nice to have the project manager come review upon completion. Some of these issues could have been prevented if they would have came back. The bathroom vent is prime example of this. We are still waiting for a call back on when they will come back out and fix our issues and the vent.

“There was a language barrier. They ignored what I told them that would prevent further mold in the attic. They did not clean up with the magnet. The first day they did not clean up at all and they knew there were kids in the yard. The last day we had to clean up as much of not more than them.”
