They need to improve on communication and working with the customer to resolve installation issues as they arise. Interlock Roofing owes me a warranty. It still hasn't been delivered to me. They did some extra repair work without my authorization. I was charged for lumber and materials left on the job site after the job was completed. I feel the customer should be allowed to do any necessary repairs without being charged.
