Jennifer was great but was confused at times in terms of the material being delivered to my house prior to the start of the job. Also, the initial estimate for the installation was late December, but the actual installation happened in late February/early March. If it weren't for a similar installation in my neighborhood, I probably would not have proceeded with the installation. But because I was able to see the results on another home, we decided to proceed with the installation.
