Review: July 18, 2025Completion: June 16, 2003The roof was installed over 20 years ago. I called this morning and someone came by within a couple of hours and spent a few hours here and didn't leave until it was fixed. Couldn't possibly ask for more.

Review: March 13, 2025Completion: January 8, 2025If they chose to come out and fix the one problem post-installation that we encountered, that would have gone a long way toward having an overall favorable opinion of the company. Having an installation crew that speaks fluent English would be an improvement. And as mentioned, communications from the office could have been better. Disappointing in some ways but we're hoping that the quality of the roof and its installation will prove to be good as time goes on.

Lowell, MA - drip edge was not only different but was white instead of black causing our roof to look incomplete. i believe we both learned something that day. your company for the future will be able to point this out up front and offer to paint the the edging in advance of the installation. in our case you had a man here the next day and he painted the drip edge to match the front half of the house and shingles. we also had two separate follow up visits from your quality control people to inspect the job for proper install and completion.
in summary we are very pleased with our roof and the diligence of your hard working, professional crew.
