“We signed up and said we would start the process to get our roof done, but it turned out that we needed to cancel the job because we sold our home. I think they are fine when they want to get the sell done, but once you need to cancel, they offer no help whatsoever. People tried to push for the repair of the roof even though we sold the home. We were told we would have to pay some extra fees because they said they already ordered the material even though we told them to wait since we haven't sold our lot yet. I feel that Michael was very pushy about the process.”
