Communication. When my job got started and then stalled, nearly a week went by with no contact from the contractor on the job or the office..... The girls in the office either had no idea that no work was getting done on my job, or they were misinformed - I was promised call backs that never happened.bottom line, communication - I want to know what is going on with my project and who is going to be at my property and when. I am still missing photos of the IB portion of my roof that the last crew took on the final day. I have asked for them at least twice via email - and haven't gotten them yet, its been nearly a month.

“My job took longer than average to complete - the result in the end is OK, the fact that I was asked to pay for my job in full when the 2nd crew 'finished' without offering me a walk around and my final inspection was unprofessional. Additionally the rake boards on my house were damaged during the install and were not addressed until I pointed out the damage. Due to the nature of the damage I find it hard to believe that no one on the crew noticed the significant gaps in the peaks of the rake boards. I believe that damage would have been left as-is if I had not pointed it out. Thats not cool.”
