Review: September 15, 2019 Completion: October 16, 2017We love the roof, we just wish we could get a better loan rate, when we bought it we planned to refinance the property, but we couldn't get the money from our bank, we have commercial property. If we could get a better rate we would do our commercial building with standing seam, or pool both in to one loan at a better rate. We are paying 12% on our present loan.
