  I called 4 times with zero response. It was only once I did the survey did they bother calling me back. Was the answering machine just for show? The workers blocked every single exit from our house during construction and did not understand English enough to create a safe entry until we figured out the single English speaker in the crew and even then they consistently blocked all exits.   I think they could improve on securing the roof at night, and after the situation occurred, a more timely response to the problem on how they wanted to resolve it.
