“We found it hard to engage with him. Although he answered most of our questions, he offered nothing beyond the short answer and actually didn't respond at all to some of our questions or comments.When we asked about a ridge vent or gable vents, he said that the installers decide what to do when they come to put the roof on. How is a homeowner supposed to deal with that??”
