  Communication after the job was a bit lacking, when we had a couple of questions about signage left out front. Everything leading up to the project was perfect! We love the look and quality of our new roof. Your process was exceptional, and your staff great to deal with. The job was completed a month ahead of schedule and took half the time that we were expecting. We hope to never have to use the warranty, but should we have to, I’m confident that we will be taken care of. Great job!

  Overall, Interlock and their sales representative dealt with us in a very-professional manner. The only part of the process that I did not like was that the first price from Interlock was a lot higher than their ultimate, bottom-line price. I would have preferred receiving their best and final price at the beginning of the process. This is how Permalock dealt with us.

However once they were able to begin it seemed there were quite a few nice days when they could have been at my home , never showed up nor called to let me know. The entire project took a lot longer than I was told.
