The product is really a great product, all said and done other than the issues with the people in the office. I would recommend you to people, but I would have to tell people that the people in the office didn't have the act together. I think they could have improved on customer service and office personnel .

“I would never ever use you because of the office personnel in my entire life. When I signed the agreement it was 6/10 and I was told approximately they were 6 weeks out before they would be able to start. I was then told the completion would be done in 7-10 days from the time that they start. That would bring us to somewhere into 7/27. They actually started on 10/2. They worked two days they said they couldn't finish because they ran out of stock. They were missing some pieces they didn't have and would be back on Tuesday 10/6. Nobody showed on 10/6 so I had to call the office. The woman said "Let me guess, they didn't call you". I said "Yea", every time I call up to see what was going on, she had to check with the crews. It turns out that the stock didn't come in until Thursday or Friday 10/8 or 10/9. On 10/3 they inadvertently cracked the skylight in the roof. so when they came back on 10/10 they finished what they could and removed the skylight. They said they had to order a new skylight. They said it would take two weeks to get the skylight. I called the office on 10/22 to see if they were coming on 10/23 which was two weeks later. The office did not know. They called me on the morning of 10/22 to tell me it would probably be another week. They finally came on that following Thursday. I had a hole in my roof that was just covered in some plastic and a little Styrofoam, and was losing heat. They called Wednesday, 10/27 to let me know that the skylight was in and they were coming that morning. I had previously told the person in the office to call the day before, because they material they needed to finish the roof, I had in my garage. They didn't they called the moring they were coming, luckily I had to come back home to get some materials for myself and got the message or they would have came and not had the materials required to finish the roof. They put the skylight in on 10/28 and finished the roof. When I read the brochure it said that inter-lock has the best customer service in the country. If I have a customer that is unhappy and is not satisfied, and has to keep calling to find out information...to me, that's just customer service 101. I ended up taking two days off for days that they didn't come. I lost pay for both of those day, in addition to the heat I was losing out of my sky light for that three week period of time. When I talked to them they said "Look, we have 40 jobs going on right now and are spread out in every direction we're trying the best we can" I was not happy with the customer service that I got. If you tell me it's going to be in, in two weeks and you see that it isn't, just call me. I don't want to have to chase everybody around all the time.”
